2023-24 FAMP Miami Mortgage Convention

We will be attending the Miami Chapter of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals on January 25, 2024, for the Miami Mortgage Convention. The 2024 Miami Mortgage Trade Show will feature the Exhibit Hall which will be open from 4-8 pm. We will have breakout sessions during the day from 9:00am – 4:00pm.

ROV Request

Request an Appraisal Revision

If the Client/Branches/Departments are not satisfied with the Appraisal Report, you may request a revision to the appraisal report.

To Request a Revision, follow the steps below:

  • Please fill out the attached ROV Rebuttal Form to be filled out to the best of your ability and sent back into the order as a Reconsideration Requested By Client.
  • Once form is filled out please Log on to your ValuLink Appraisal Managment System account.
  • Search for the Appraisal Order for which you want to request a revision.
  • Open the Manage Order screen by clicking on the Order Number (e.g. R15-00000)
  • Click on the Actions button on the top right of your screen to reveal options.
  • Click on the Request Revision Option
  • Enter the reason why the revision is being requested under the revision reason field.
  • Click the submit button. The system administrator will be informed of the revision request.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for ROV response to be sent back
